The Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center is a user friendly facility with an experienced staff who can provide as much, or as little, help to produce your event. Below is a brief summary of the types of services and staff FEACC is able to provide. Prices for services vary per event and specific requirements.

Coordinate physical, production, and staffing requirements for many events

• Work with promoters to determine all physical requirements

• Supervise and monitor set up, load in, event, load out, break down, and clean up; ensuring all aspects of an event's requirements are efficiently and economically accomplished within the anticipated time frame

• Coordinate staffing requirements for: Ticket Sellers & Takers, Parking Lot Attendants, Uniformed Police, Security Guards, Load in/Load out Labor, Labor for set ups, break downs & clean ups, Night Building Security, and First Aid Personnel

• Determine special needs and those parties responsible for the associated extra costs; either make the specific arrangements or provide the information to assist

• Design a physical layout which satisfies event hosting personnel requirements, provides spectator comfort and safety, and creates an overall environment that will encourage patrons to return

• Compare the event to prior events of similar character, providing suggestions for improvements based upon the analysis
